Helena doubles some land use fees, adds waiver policy for charitable and low-income development

"...these things add up in the cost of the home," Shirtliff voted against the increase.



The change was passed by the City Commission 4-1 on Aug. 12, with only City Commissioner Andy Shirtliff, who had questioned how much stakeholder comment had been involved, voting against the proposal.
