Turkey Challenge Kick-off

Mayor Wilmot Collins and I helped kick off the annual Helena Food Share Turkey Challenge at Lewis & Clark Library this morning.

They are accepting donations until 6 PM in person or online anytime. https://helenafoodshare.org/turkey-challenge/

Good to see so many people coming out to help their friends and neighbors, but what was great was seeing the kiddos from Mountainside Montessori being the first ones to donate today!

And a big thanks to the “Helena Independent Network of Turkeys” from The Sidecar for donating over $10,000 to the cause, Cochrane Insurance Agency will be matching that donation.
